Step:-1) Just Make a New Setting In Your Mobile As Follow
Step:-2) APN (Access Point): rcommms
Step:-3) Proxy IP Address: 128.8.126.111
Step:-4) Port: 3127
Step:-5) Homepage: 198.153.192.1 OR 156.154.70.22
Step:-6) Save The Settings And Make As Default Settings.. Restart Your Mobile..
